Urgent Repairs

Emergency Plumber in Memphis, TN

Flowmasters handles plumbing emergencies across Memphis and the Mid-South: burst pipes, sewage backups, overflowing fixtures and failed water heaters. We get water under control first, then fix the root cause so the same problem doesn't come back next week.

Common problems

Sound familiar?

Water where it shouldn't be

A burst pipe, a split supply line or a leak through the ceiling can soak drywall and floors in minutes. Every minute the water runs adds to the repair bill.

Sewage coming back up

Wastewater rising in a tub, shower or floor drain means the main line is blocked. Stop running water in the house until it's cleared.

No water or no shutoff

If the house has lost water, or a valve won't close and you can't stop a leak, that needs a plumber now, not next week.

What’s included

Everything it takes to get results

Damage control first

We shut off the water, isolate the failed section and stop the leak or backup before anything else.

Root-cause diagnosis

We find out why it failed: frozen pipe, corroded fitting, roots in the sewer line or a worn valve.

Upfront price

You get the price for the repair before work begins. No surprises on the invoice.

Permanent repair and testing

We make the real repair, not a patch, then run water and test everything before we leave.

Questions

What people ask first

What should I do while I wait for an emergency plumber?
Shut off the main water valve. In most Memphis homes it's near where the line enters the house, in a crawl space or garage, or at the MLGW meter box by the street. If water is near outlets or appliances, turn off power to that area too.
What counts as a plumbing emergency?
Anything that is actively causing water damage or makes the house unsafe or unusable. That includes burst pipes, sewage backups, a leaking water heater, no water at all, or a gas smell near a water heater. A slow drip or one slow drain can usually wait for a scheduled visit.
Can you come out today?
Often, yes. We offer same-day service when it's available and prioritize calls with active water damage. Call (901) 634-0049 and we'll tell you when a plumber can be there.
Will you just patch it to get me through?
Only if a temporary fix is the safest option in the moment, and we'll tell you that up front. Our goal is to fix the cause, so you're not calling again for the same failure.
