Use of our website
The information on this website is provided for general informational purposes and may change without notice. It is not a substitute for an on-site evaluation by a licensed plumber. You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Text messaging (SMS) terms
Program description. Flowmasters Plumbing sends text messages to customers and prospective customers who opt in through our website, website chat or in person. Non-marketing messages may include appointment scheduling and reminders, technician arrival notices, estimates, and updates about your drain and plumbing service requests. If you also opt in to marketing messages, you may receive messages about special offers, discounts and service updates. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Opting out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to (901) 201-5005. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
Re-subscribing. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time or text “START” to (901) 201-5005, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
Help. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly by calling (901) 201-5005 or emailing hello@901flowmasters.com.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message frequency and rates. You will receive a varying number of messages; message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
